Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Canada
We provide complimentary tracked standard shipping across Canada. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

United States
We provide complimentary tracked standard shipping to the United States. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after processing. Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping
International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Available services vary by destination. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method.

Duties and Import Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated at checkout.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Customs processing, severe weather, carrier delays and holidays may affect delivery.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracked order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photographs of the package where applicable. We will review the issue and assist with the carrier claim.
