Illuminate Skin Co. Limited Warranty

Warranty coverage

Illuminate Skin Co. products include a limited 12-month warranty beginning on the original delivery date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the normal operation of the device.

What is covered

The limited warranty may cover:

  • A device that does not power on
  • LED lights that fail during normal use
  • A defective controller, cable or included power component
  • Other verified manufacturing or workmanship defects

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, drops or impact
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Misuse, neglect or failure to follow the instructions
  • Unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications
  • Normal cosmetic wear, scratches or discolouration
  • Damage caused by improper storage or cleaning
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products purchased from an unauthorized seller
  • Changes in personal skincare results

Making a warranty claim

To request warranty assistance, contact us through our Contact page and provide:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or a short video showing the problem

We may request additional information to verify the defect before approving the claim.

Approved claims

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Illuminate Skin Co. may repair the device, replace the affected component, provide a replacement product or offer another appropriate resolution.

Replacement products or components may be new or professionally inspected. An approved replacement does not restart the original warranty period.

Shipping costs

Customers may be responsible for sending the defective product to us for inspection. If the claim is approved as a manufacturing defect, we will provide instructions regarding replacement delivery and eligible shipping costs.

Important limitations

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase. Warranty service is available only in destinations to which Illuminate Skin Co. currently ships.

This warranty provides specific rights. Customers may also have additional rights under the consumer-protection laws of their province, state or country.
